Our role is to look after and enhance the property and places we own. The London Property Management team at The Crown Estate oversee the management of our London portfolio. We are responsible for providing you with a range of services to maintain the property to a high standard and help your business operations run smoothly. Our team is here to provide property and facilities management and account management for your premises. We’re also here to help you connect with the wider community through our community engagement initiatives.
If you cannot reach your Building Management contact out of hours, please email tcelondon.cafm@vantify.com as usual. The Crown Estate has a dedicated helpdesk service available for you to contact 24 hours a day, every single day of the year. The helpdesk can be reached via telephone or email for any maintenance or security queries.
