Take your pick from an array of show-stopping Nordic dishes including the shrimp Skagen – a dish of pan-toasted bread and butter served with the freshest shrimp, mayonnaise and cress, and a dash of lemon juice; or homemade Swedish meatballs, prepared using only the finest meat and served with creamy mashed potato and a perfectly velvety sauce, garnished with pickles, lingonberries and mushrooms.
