Mental Health Awareness week – Complimentary 30-minute resilience check-in at Coach London

The Covid 19 pandemic has really highlighted the importance of looking after all aspects of health – mental and physical.  During this time, individuals who have never considered that they might face psychological challenges have realised that they too are vulnerable.  

Those who live with current or pre-existing mental health difficulties have found symptoms worsening or returning.  Many studies have identified that the stresses associated with social isolation and distancing, loss of loved ones, working from home, illness, home schooling, financial issues have had profound impacts on our mental health.  As we emerge from another lockdown the ambiguity and uncertainty of the ‘new normal’ can make us feel anxious. 

There has never been a more important time to focus on our mental health and put ourselves at the top of our own wellbeing agenda. 

 A few small changes could reap huge rewards. By identifying our existing resilient traits, we are then able to strengthen and develop them to allow ourselves the opportunity to thrive during this post pandemic period. The more protective factors and positive tools we have accessible to us the more able we are to manage stress and navigate the challenges ahead. 

With this in mind, Dr Mark would like to offer a complimentary 30-minute resilience check-in (until the end of May).  An opportunity to learn how to utilise our own natural resilience to overcome the hurdles and challenges of navigating life in the new post-pandemic world, and to think how building mental wellness into our everyday lives can be beneficial.
