We are pleased to announce the start of our Online Wellbeing Hub, a programme designed to provide you with online wellbeing classes and talks to join easily from home. We’ve combined the very best activities & events to support your wellbeing from wherever you are and to keep you connected during this unusual time.
We have now released the schedule for the classes, please see following:

Tuesday – 8:30am – Meditation with Alexandra | 12pm Total Body HIIT with Katie

Wednesday – 7:30am – Yoga with Tom | 5:30pm – Fitness HIIT with Bella

Thursday – 12pm Strength, sculpt & tone with Anna

Friday – 7:30am Yoga with Tom | 12pm Pilates with Beth
