JLL continues to streamline sustainability as core to its property management service with this year’s success of its inaugural ‘Responsible Property Management Awards’. Entries were open to all 4,000+ commercial properties managed by JLL’s UK Property & Asset Management (PAM) team and aimed to create a friendly air of competition.
Over 100 award submissions were received across a spread of geographies and property types. The awards recognised achievements across eight categories, ranging from ‘Best Energy & Utility Management’ to ‘Best Customer Engagement’ and ‘Sustainability Champion of the Year’.
