Taking inspiration from the glorious Technicolor and Oscar winning musical ‘An American in Paris’, which is celebrating its 70th anniversary this year, Bar Américain Bars Manager, Sean Kelly, has created a special menu of twists on classic cocktails, evoking the jubilant era of post-war Paris combined with the American heritage of the protagonists, imagining the drinks they might have enjoyed in the venues they would have frequented.
The new menu is available every day in Bar Américain, with cocktails such as the ‘Jerry Mulligan’ made with Slane Irish whiskey, dry vermouth and grenadine or try the ‘S’Wonderful Fizz’ made with Ford’s gin, lemon juice, sugar, Champagne and mint.
