Our online Wellbeing Hub provides you with wellbeing classes and talks to join easily from home. We’ve combined the very best activities and events to support your wellbeing from wherever you are and to keep you connected during this unusual time. It’s a place to learn, to move and to gain inspiration and motivation.
The Wellbeing Hub has four core elements.
Daily live exercise classes: There will be daily live ranging from Yoga, Pilates, Core, Abs, Boot Camp and HIIT.
Wellbeing Talks: We’ll be hosting bi-weekly virtual wellbeing talks. We’ve created a series of talks that have been designed specifically for those working from home. We’re looking at creativity, boredom, productivity, nutrition, stress reduction, motivation and much more.
Weekly Meditations: Join us every week for your dose of calm. You’ll be guided by our resident instructors Alexandra and Charlie who will take you through each meditation. Suitable for beginners as well the more experienced.
