Announcing our Online Wellbeing Hub – Live classes, talks, and more!

We are pleased to announce the start of our Online Wellbeing Hub, a programme designed to provide you with online wellbeing classes and talks to join easily from home. We’ve combined the very best activities & events to support your wellbeing from wherever you are and to keep you connected during this unusual time.
The Wellbeing Hub has three core elements. 
Daily live exercise classes: There will be daily live ranging from yoga flow, pilates, core, abs, body boot camp & HIIT. All classes will be recorded and available on demand for 30 days. 
Wellbeing Talks: We’ll be hosting bi-weekly virtual wellbeing talks. We’ve created a series of talks that have been designed specifically for those working from home. We’re looking at creativity, boredom, productivity, nutrition, stress reduction, motivation and much more. These will be streamed live, and also made available for 30 days. 
Weekly Meditations: Join us every week for your dose of calm. You’ll be guided by our resident instructors Alexandra & Charlie who will take you through each meditation. Suitable for beginners as well the more experienced.
