We are proud to announce that Regent Street Management Direct have successfully reached the finals of The Institute of Customer Service 2019 UK Customer Satisfaction Awards. The awards recognise organisations and individuals that have implemented successful customer service strategies. Organisations from across the UK can enter one of 14 categories and will be judged by industry experts, business leaders and academics.

Best Customer Focus (Small to Medium Enterprises)
The results will be announced at the Award ceremony which will be held at the London Hilton Park Lane Hotel on the evening of 5th March 2019.
