Earlier this year, we launched our first standalone website to create a better customer experience for our customers. The website was launched successfully and went live at the start of 2019. Alongside the celebrations held in our head office, Radium Agency also popped a bottle of champagne in its office nearby to toast a job well-done.
Approached in Summer 2018, Radium worked to determine what RSMD would need when launching our very own website. Following a few data-capture sessions, Radium produced a tailor-made design for the RSMD site. Once we agreed on all the details, Radium developed an interface best suited for engaging our user-base and, following approval of that, developed the website in Autumn 2018.
There’s little time to rest, though – Phase 2 of the website development project is scheduled to begin in Spring 2019, and we are already engaging with Radium to create a custom made web portal that will provide an even better experience for our customers.
