WHO DO I NOTIFY OF OUR INTENTION TO RETURN TO THE PREMISES

Please advise your intention to return to the following email address, stating the date and number of personnel:

We ask that you provide a minimum of 48hrs (2 working days) notice and that you share your return to work policies with us prior to reoccupation.

 

WHAT TYPES OF PRE-ENTRY / VETTING CHECKS WILL BE IMPLEMENTED?

No physical checks will be undertaken, Customers will need to ensure Fit to Work Checks are undertaken for personnel. Service Partners will need to ensure Fit to Work Checks are undertaken daily for personnel.

 

HOW WILL SOCIAL DISTANCING MEASURES BE IMPLEMENTED?

Introduction of barriers, markings and signage advise minimising external visitors, keep secondary entry points open, single direction routes implemented, restriction of facilities or access to increase distances.

 

WHAT CHANGES WILL THEIR BE IN COMMON AREA FACILITIES – SHOWERS, WC’S

Social distancing measures will be imposed, high Touch Area Clean Frequency will be increased, Increased frequency cleaning, Restrictions or Reductions of Facilities may apply.

 

WILL LIFTS BE OPERATIONAL/RESTRICTIONS IN PLACE

Lifts may be designated to single person use, or restricted to those non-ambient or for deliveries, Social distancing measures will be introduced, some lifts may have attendants.

 

HOW WILL EMERGENCY PROCEDURES CHANGE

Fire Evacuations will resume as normal. If the Fire Alarm sounds an evacuation will proceed, First Aid requirements will be Risk Assessed on a case by case basis. Expect a higher number of emergency services referrals, Service Provider Access Requests – Permit to Work will need specific reference to managing social distancing measures.
